STUDIO POLICY

  • No children or additional guests are allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. A sitting fee of $5 will be charged.

  • Deposits are required with some services. Absolutely NO REFUNDS.

  • Taxes are applied to certain services and will be charged during transaction.

  • A consultation may be required varying by service or service provider.

  • Positive atmosphere. No gossiping or profanity. We Reserve the right to refuse service if clients are unruly or uncooperative.

  • Masks are required.

  • We except cash, card or digital pay (apple pay, Google pay).

  • ​All clients are required to sign in at the front.

  • ​Each Individual stylist or service provider has their own policy. Policies are available once you are redirected to booking site for desired person. 

  • If your appointment is not confirmed, it is subject to be canceled.

  • IF ANY DISPUTE OF A DEPOSIT AND/OR PAYMENT, IT WILL BE THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED.

  • ANY BASHING OF ANY TYPE OF ORGANIC ROOTS STUDIO ON ANY TYPE OF SOCIAL MEDIA, WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION FOR POTENTIAL DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER.
